Product Description

This kind of flaker is used for edible oil pretreatment . It can flatten the oilseeds into 0.25-0.35mm (adjustable)as your requirement . The base configuration is as follows,

1: Whole closed structure.Both sides have a heat dissipation network. Round bearing base.Front and back door plate can be opened,easy to be cleaned.Both sides of bottom have material receiving port,easy to observe the effect of material.
2: Roller Brand:CFHI roller blank. The high Ni Cr Mo alloy roll is poured by German centrifuge, the hard layer is uniform, the hardness is hs75 ± 3, and the chill depth is 30+/-5mm. The roller blank cast by German centrifuge of CFHI is tested by dynamic balance.
3: Drive motor: Domestic famous brand.
4: Housing:Protecting cover, front,back,up and down door plate are made of carbon plate.
